At LEWKIN, we want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
